How Ordering Works

From Artwork to Approved Stitching in Four Steps

  1. Send Your Design

    Email or WhatsApp your logo, sketch or reference photo — PNG, JPG, PDF or vector, whatever you have. You'll get a quotation within one working day.

  2. Digitizing & Sample

    We convert the artwork into a stitch file and sew a sample on the actual fabric or garment, then send you close-up photos of it.

  3. Approve or Adjust

    Colours, density, size — we revise until you sign off. Nothing goes into production without your written approval on the sample.

  4. Production & Delivery

    The run is stitched, trimmed, pressed and checked piece by piece, then packed and dispatched with tracking.
