Yes. A clear photo, a hand sketch, or even a written description is enough to start. We redraw the artwork for stitching, and you approve the digitized version before anything goes into production.

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG all work. Vector files give the cleanest result, but a good-quality image is fine — digitizing is part of the job.

No. Digitizing is done in-house and is included on production orders. If you already have a stitch file (DST, EMB, PES), we can run it after checking the density suits your fabric — badly digitized files are the most common cause of poor embroidery, so we check first.

If the design is yours or you have the rights to it, yes — send clear photos of the front and back and we redraw it. We don't reproduce trademarked logos or another maker's designs without authorisation.

We match to the nearest thread shade from physical thread charts. A Pantone reference gets the closest result; a fabric or print swatch is even better. Screen colours vary from phone to phone, so we don't match from a screenshot alone.

Production runs start at 25 pieces for patches and branded apparel. Hoop art, monogramming and personalised gifts are made from a single piece.

Mainly by stitch count and quantity. Size, number of thread colours, backing type and whether you supply the garments all feed into the quotation — and the quotation is itemised, so you can see what drives the cost.

Yes. Setup and digitizing are spread across the run, so the per-piece price drops at quantity breaks. If you're between two quantities, ask for both prices — the larger run is sometimes barely more in total.

On confirmed production orders the stitched sample is part of the job. If you want a sample only, with no production run behind it, there's a small making charge — we tell you the amount before anything is stitched.

Quotation within one working day, sample photos in 2–4 working days, production in 7–14 working days after approval. If you have a hard deadline, say so at the quotation stage — we'll tell you honestly whether it can be met. The process page walks through the full timeline.

We revise it — colours, density, size, lettering — and stitch again until you sign off. Nothing goes into production without your written approval on the sample.

Yes — we stitch with colourfast polyester and rayon threads made for repeated washing. Two care habits make it last longer: wash embroidered garments inside out, and don't press a hot iron directly onto the stitching.

Yes, we regularly stitch on customer-supplied garments. Include two or three spare pieces per hundred — hooping and machine work carry a small risk on any run, and spares protect your final count. We confirm the fabric is suitable before starting.

Orders ship nationwide by courier with tracking, and export orders can be arranged. Delivery is quoted as its own line so you can also collect from the workshop if you prefer.

Typically an advance confirms the order after you approve the sample, with the balance due before dispatch. The exact terms are stated on your quotation — there are no charges that appear later.

Yes. Your approved stitch file stays on record, so reorders skip digitizing and sampling and go straight to production — unless you change the fabric or size, in which case we re-sample to be safe.
