How Ordering Works
Four Stages, One Rule: Nothing Runs Unapproved
A custom order shouldn't feel like a leap of faith. Here is exactly what happens between "here's my logo" and a box of finished pieces at your door — including the timings.
-
Send Your Design
Quotation within 1 working day.
-
Digitizing & Sample
Sample photos in 2–4 working days.
-
Approve or Adjust
As long as you need — you set the pace.
-
Production & Delivery
Stitched and dispatched in 7–14 working days.
Start With Whatever You Have
Email or WhatsApp your artwork with the quantity you need. A vector file is ideal, but a PNG, a PDF, a hand sketch or a clear phone photo of an existing piece all work — redrawing artwork for thread is part of our job, not an extra.
What makes the quote fast: the artwork, the quantity (a range is fine), and what it goes on — patch, cap, polo, towel — plus whether you're supplying the items or we are. With those three, you get an itemised quotation within one working day: stitching, digitizing, backing and delivery each on their own line.
Your Artwork Becomes a Stitch File
Digitizing is the craft step most customers never see: deciding stitch directions, densities, underlay and the order of colours so the design sits correctly on your specific fabric. It's done in-house, by the same person who watches the first sample come off the machine.
Then we sew a real sample — on the actual garment or material of your order, not a scrap of stabiliser — and send you close-up photos, with a short video if the texture matters. This is where small lettering gets checked for readability and colours get checked against thread charts.
The Sample Decides — You Sign Off
Look at the photos properly. Is the lettering crisp? Are the colours right against your brand? Is the size correct on the garment? If anything is off, say so — density, colours, size and lettering are all revisable, and we stitch the sample again until it's right.
- Written Approval, AlwaysProduction starts only after you confirm the sample in writing — a one-line reply is enough.
- No Pressure on TimingThe approval stage moves at your pace. Production timelines start counting from your sign-off, not from the quote.
Stitched, Checked Piece by Piece, Dispatched
The approved stitch file runs across the batch — 7 to 14 working days depending on quantity and stitch count. Every piece is then trimmed of loose threads, heat-pressed, and inspected individually for thread breaks, registration and colour. Not a spot check of one box in ten: every piece.
Finished orders are packed and dispatched by courier with tracking, or held for collection if you're local. Your stitch file stays on record, so a reorder later skips digitizing and sampling and goes straight to production.
