Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Shafaat Industries collects when you use shafaatindustries.com or place an order with us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it to quote and produce your order, and we never sell it.

What We Collect

• What you send us. When you request a quotation by email, WhatsApp or the form on this site, we receive the details you include: your name, contact details, order requirements and any artwork files. The quotation form on this site has no backend; it only prepares a message that you send yourself from your own email or WhatsApp account.
• Artwork and stitch files. We keep your approved designs and their stitch files on record so that reorders match earlier batches.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting, as almost every website host does.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data under Google's privacy policy. It does not tell us who you are.

What We Do Not Collect

• This site has no user accounts, no payment processing and no advertising trackers.
• Beyond the Google Analytics cookies described above, we set no cookies of our own.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts and sample photographs load from Unsplash's image service; those requests go to their servers under their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

To reply to your enquiry, prepare your quotation, produce and deliver your order, and match reorders to earlier batches. We may contact you about your own order; we do not send marketing messages.

Sharing

We share delivery details with the courier handling your order and nothing more. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Retention and Your Choices

Order records and stitch files are kept so that repeat orders stay consistent. If you want your files or details removed, email info@shafaatindustries.com and we will delete them, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping a record of the transaction.
