Built Around One Rule: The Sample Decides
Plenty of embroidery looks fine in a mock-up and disappoints on fabric. Our whole process exists to close that gap before your money is on the line.
What We Actually Do
Shafaat Industries takes artwork — a logo, a crest, a sketch, sometimes just a description — and turns it into embroidered goods: patches, caps, uniforms, linen and keepsakes. Most of our work is customised; almost none of it is repeated stock.
The craft sits in two places. First, digitizing: converting your artwork into a stitch file, deciding stitch directions, densities and underlay so the design sits correctly on the specific fabric. Second, finishing: trimming, pressing and checking each piece by hand, because a machine can place ten thousand stitches perfectly and one loose thread will still ruin the impression.
We quote itemised, we sample before every production run, and we tell you plainly when a design won't work well in thread — small text on pique polo fabric, for instance — and what to change so it will.
How Quality Stays Consistent
- Digitizing Done In-House No outsourced stitch files. The person who digitizes your design is the one who watches the first sample come off the machine — and fixes it the same day.
- Samples on the Real Fabric A sample stitched on scrap tells you nothing. We sample on the actual garment or material of your order, because density that suits twill will pucker on jersey.
- Piece-by-Piece Checking Every piece in a run is inspected for thread breaks, registration and colour before packing — not a spot check of one box in ten.
- Honest Lead Times If a deadline can't be met properly, we say so at the quotation stage — not a week after taking the order.
