From Digitizing to Finished Piece
One workshop covers the whole job: turning your artwork into a stitch file, choosing the technique that suits the fabric, and finishing every piece by hand. Below is what we run and who we run it for. When you are ready, request a quotation with your own design.

Embroidery Techniques We Run
The technique is chosen to suit the artwork and the material, not the other way round. Most orders use one or two of these together.
Flat & Satin Stitch
The everyday workhorse. Clean, durable stitching for logos, text and crests on caps, shirts, workwear and linen.

3D Puff Embroidery
Raised foam under the stitch for bold, dimensional lettering. Most at home on the front panel of a structured cap.

Appliqué
Fabric cut to shape and stitched down, then edged in thread. Fills large areas with a soft hand and far fewer stitches.

Chenille & Chain Stitch

Embroidery Digitizing
Every design becomes a stitch file first: stitch directions, densities and underlay tuned to your fabric. Included on production orders, or done on its own for files you supply.

The technique changes with the job, but the method is the same for a single monogram and a thousand-cap run: quote itemised, sample first, produce on approval.

Every Service Starts With a Sample
No service on this page goes straight to production. We digitize the artwork, stitch it on the actual fabric or garment, and send you close-up photos. Density that suits twill will pucker on jersey, so the sample is made on the material of your order, not a scrap.
You approve colours, size and lettering, and we revise until you sign off. Only then does the run start. It is the same rule for a single monogram and a full uniform programme.
