Terms of Service

These terms apply to quotations and orders placed with Shafaat Industries. They are written to match how we actually work; if anything here conflicts with what your written quotation says, the quotation wins.

Quotations

Quotations are itemised and free. They are based on the artwork, quantity and specifications you give us, and they remain valid for the period stated on the quotation itself. Changing the design, size, quantity or materials after quoting may change the price; we will requote before proceeding.

Samples and Approval

Production starts only after you approve a stitched sample in writing (a one-line reply is enough). The approved sample defines the standard for the run. On confirmed production orders the sample is part of the job; sample-only requests carry a making charge that we state before stitching anything.

Payment

Unless your quotation says otherwise, an advance confirms the order after sample approval and the balance is due before dispatch. Payment details are stated on the quotation.

Your Artwork

You confirm that you own the designs you send us or have the right to use them. We do not reproduce trademarked logos or another maker's designs without authorisation. Your artwork stays yours; we use it only to produce your order and keep the stitch file on record for your reorders.

Customer-Supplied Garments

We take care with supplied garments, but hooping and machine work carry a small inherent risk on any run. Please include two or three spare pieces per hundred; spares protect your final count. We are not liable for supplied items beyond reasonable care, and we will confirm the fabric is suitable before starting.

Delivery

Dispatch timelines are stated on the quotation and start from sample approval. Courier delivery is tracked; once a consignment is with the courier, transit times are the courier's. Collection from the workshop is available by arrangement.

Returns and Remedies

Custom-made goods that match the approved sample cannot be returned. If pieces are defective or do not match the approved sample, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will restitch or replace the affected pieces. Our liability on any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute falls to the courts of Sialkot.
